Ajax tab display issues in IE7 (fine in firefox)

This is how the tabs are looking in IE7 under default - no style changes. The middle tab is currently mouseovered. When a tab is mouseovered, the white bar goes away, and shows what you see below. Anyone have ideas on how to fix it?
